About the B2B Sales Development Program
This program offers a unique opportunity to launch a successful career in sales at AT&T. It’s a paid, four-month program that provides comprehensive training and real-world experience in the field. Participants will learn from experienced instructors, engage with real customers, and develop their sales skills by:

The program prepares graduates for a variety of sales roles within AT&T Business. Upon successful completion, participants will be placed in an outside sales role in a location they choose from a list of available markets.

Qualifications:

• Related experience with cold calling and/or sales major/certificate preferred
