Job Description:

The B2B Sales Development Program is a 4-month paid program designed to equip participants with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in sales. This program is specifically tailored to developing future sales professionals within AT&T’s Business division.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary: $57,000 base salary + $23,000 in commissions yearly (when sales goals are met).
