AT&T’s B2B Sales Development Program is a paid, 4-month training program designed to equip individuals with the necessary skills to succeed in a sales career within AT&T Business. This program offers a unique opportunity to:
• Gain real-world experience: Engage in the sales process with real customers, from small businesses to large organizations.
• Develop critical skills: Learn from experienced instructors and hone sales techniques through interactive training.
• Leverage advanced technology: Utilize cutting-edge tools to address business needs and provide excellent customer service.
• Prepare for diverse roles: Gain expertise in securing new business and managing existing customer relationships.
• Launch a successful career: Upon completion of the program, graduates will be placed in an outside sales role within AT&T Business.
Program Highlights:
• Sign-on Bonus: $4,500 for all participants.

• Compensation: $57,000 base salary + $23,000 in commissions (when sales goals are met).
