Job Description: B2B Sales Development Program

This is a paid, 4-month program designed to develop the skills of aspiring sales professionals. The program offers:

Instructor-led interactive training: This will equip you with the foundational knowledge and skills needed for success in sales.
Real-world experience: You’ll engage with real customers, ranging from small businesses to multinational organizations.
Opportunity to grow: The program focuses on honing your sales skills and helping you develop your sales experiences.

Placement in an outside sales role: Upon successful completion of the program, you will be placed in an outside sales role.

Ideal Candidate:

Passion for sales and technology: A genuine interest in sales and a strong understanding of technology is essential.
Related experience: Experience with cold calling and/or a sales major or certificate is preferred.
Education: A Bachelor’s degree, ideally in a Business-related field.
Relocation: The ability to relocate within the United States.
Bilingual skills: A plus, but not required.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary: $57,000 base salary + $23,000 in commissions yearly when sales goals are met.
