B2B Sales Development Program
This program is a paid, 4-month intensive training experience designed to equip participants with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in a sales career at AT&T Business.
Here’s what the program offers:
• Instructor-led interactive training: Learn from experienced professionals in a hands-on environment.

The program requires a commitment to relocation within the US.
Compensation and Benefits:
• Salary: $57,000 base salary + $23,000 in commissions yearly when sales goals are met.
• Sign-on bonus: $4,500
• Relocation bonus: Available in certain circumstances.

Requirements:

• Related experience: Cold calling or sales experience is preferred.

• Bilingualism: A plus.
