B2B Sales Development Program

This program is a paid, 4-month intensive training experience designed to equip participants with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in a sales career at AT&T Business.

The program requires a commitment to relocation within the US.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary: $57,000 base salary + $23,000 in commissions yearly when sales goals are met.
Sign-on bonus: $4,500
Relocation bonus: Available in certain circumstances.
Monthly housing stipend: Available in certain circumstances.

Requirements:

Passion for sales and technology: A genuine interest in sales and a drive to succeed in a technology-focused environment.
Related experience: Cold calling or sales experience is preferred.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business-related field is preferred.
Relocation: Must be able to relocate within the US.
Bilingualism: A plus.
