B2B Sales Development Program
This 4-month, paid program provides a comprehensive training experience to develop sales skills and prepare individuals for successful careers in AT&T Business.
Program Highlights:
• Instructor-led interactive training: Covering various aspects of sales and technology.
• Real-world customer engagement: Participants interact with customers, ranging from small businesses to multinational organizations.
• Advanced technology utilization: Learning to solve business problems and provide excellent customer service.

• Diverse challenges: Exposure to securing new business, managing existing customers, and various sales roles within AT&T Business.
• Geographic preference: Participants can select their preferred market from a list, ensuring placement in a city within that market.
Upon successful program completion, participants will be placed in an outside sales role.
Requirements:
• Passion for sales and technology: Crucial for success in this program.
• Related experience: Cold calling and/or sales major/certificate are preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree: Business-related major is preferred.
• Relocation: Within the U.S. is required.
• Bilingual skills: Considered a plus.
Compensation and Benefits:
• Stipend: $57,000 base salary + $23,000 in commissions yearly (when sales goals are met).
