Job Description: B2B Sales Development Program

This program offers a unique opportunity to launch a career in sales within AT&T’s Business division. Participants will receive comprehensive training and mentorship to develop their sales skills and contribute to the company’s growth.

Here are the key details:

Duration: 4 months
Compensation: $57,000 base salary + $23,000 in commissions yearly (when sales goals are met)

Training: Instructor-led interactive training, real-world customer engagement, and advanced technology usage.

Placement: After successful completion of the program, participants will be placed in an outside sales role within AT&T Business.
Location: Participants can select their geographic preference from a list of markets during the application process.
Qualifications: Passion for sales and technology, experience with cold calling (preferred), bachelor’s degree in business (preferred), ability to relocate within the US, bilingual skills (a plus).
