Job Description:

B2B Sales Development Program:

This is a paid, 4-month program designed to develop and prepare individuals for a successful career in sales within AT&T Business.

Key Features:

Sign-on Bonus: $4,500 upon joining the program.

Ideal Candidate:

• Passion for sales and technology.
• Experience with cold calling and/or a sales background (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree (Business-related major preferred).
• Willingness to relocate within the U.S.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:

Base Salary: $57,000 per year.
Commissions: Up to $23,000 per year when sales goals are met.
