Job Description:
As a participant in the B2B Sales Development Program, you will:
• Develop your sales skills: Learn the art of sales through interactive training and real-world experience.
• Engage with customers: Interact with a diverse range of clients, building relationships and understanding their needs.
• Solve business problems: Utilize AT&T’s advanced technology to provide innovative solutions to customer challenges.
• Achieve sales goals: Contribute to the success of the team by meeting sales objectives and exceeding expectations.

Program Outcomes:
Upon successful completion of the program, you will be placed in an outside sales role within AT&T Business.
Requirements:
• Passion for sales and technology
• Experience with cold calling and/or sales (preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree (Business-related major preferred)
• Ability to relocate within the U.S.
• Bilingual skills (a plus)
Compensation and Benefits:
• Base Salary: $57,000 per year
• Commissions: $23,000 per year (when sales goals are met)
