B2B Sales Development Program
AT&T’s B2B Sales Development Program is a 4-month, paid training program designed to equip participants with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in sales. The program is geared towards individuals with a passion for sales and technology who are eager to launch a career at AT&T.
Here’s what the program offers:
• Instructor-led interactive training: Learn from experienced professionals and receive hands-on guidance.
• Real-world customer engagement: Gain experience interacting with customers, from small business owners to large corporations.
• Advanced technology focus: Develop expertise in using cutting-edge technology to solve business challenges.
• Competitive environment: The program fosters a competitive spirit, encouraging participants to become top performers.
• Diverse sales opportunities: Learn how to secure new business and manage existing customer accounts.
• Placement in outside sales role: Upon successful completion, participants will be placed in an outside sales role within AT&T Business.
• Geographic flexibility: Choose your preferred location from a list of markets.
Program Benefits:
• Competitive compensation: $57,000 base salary + $23,000 in commissions (upon meeting sales goals).

Qualifications:
• Passion for sales: A strong desire to build a successful career in sales.
• Related experience (preferred): Experience with cold calling and/or a sales-related major or certificate.
• Education (preferred): Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business-related field.
• Relocation flexibility: Ability to relocate within the United States.
• Bilingual skills (a plus): Proficiency in multiple languages is beneficial.
