B2B Sales Development Program Overview
This is a paid, 4-month program designed to develop future sales professionals within AT&T Business. Participants receive:
• Instructor-led training: Interactive sessions to develop sales skills.
• Real customer experience: Engaging with small businesses and multinational organizations to gain practical experience.
• Advanced technology training: Learn how to leverage technology to solve business problems and provide excellent customer service.
The program aims to equip participants with the tools and knowledge to excel in various sales roles within AT&T Business, including:
• Securing new business
• Managing existing business customers
Upon successful completion, participants are placed in an outside sales role within their chosen geographic preference.
Job Description Highlights
• Sign-on bonus: $4,500
• Relocation bonuses and housing stipends: May be available in certain circumstances.
• Competitive salary and benefits:
• Base salary: $57,000
• Commissions: Up to $23,000 annually when sales goals are met.

Requirements

• Bilingual skills: A plus.
