This paid, 4-month Sales Development Program provides a fast-track path to a successful sales career within AT&T Business. It’s designed for individuals passionate about sales and technology, offering comprehensive training and real-world experience.

Responsibilities:
• Utilize advanced technology to solve business problems and provide exceptional customer service.
• Engage with customers, build rapport, and understand their needs.
• Secure new business and manage existing customer relationships.
• Meet and exceed sales goals.
• Continuously learn and develop sales skills.
Currently pursuings:
• Passion for Sales & Technology: A strong interest in sales and a desire to learn about the technology industry.
• Cold Calling Experience (Preferred): Prior experience with cold calling or a sales background is beneficial.
• Sales Major/Certificate (Preferred): A degree or certificate in a sales-related field is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred): A bachelor’s degree, particularly in a business-related field, is preferred.
• Relocation Capability: Willingness to relocate within the U.S.
• Bilingual Skills (Plus): Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits:
• Base Stipend: $57,000 per year.
• Commissions: Potential to earn up to $23,000 in commissions annually based on achieving sales goals.
