B2B Sales Development Program at AT&T:

This 4-month paid program is designed to develop sales professionals for AT&T Business. Participants receive comprehensive training, including:

Instructor-led interactive training: Learn sales techniques and strategies.
Real-world experience: Engage with customers, from small businesses to multinational organizations, gaining hands-on experience.
Advanced technology utilization: Learn to leverage technology to solve business problems and provide excellent customer service.

Benefits of the program:

$4,500 sign-on bonus
Relocation bonuses and monthly housing stipends (in certain circumstances)

Preparation for various sales roles within AT&T Business
Placement in an outside sales role after program completion (location can be chosen from a list of available markets)

Who should apply:

• Individuals passionate about sales and technology
• Experience with cold calling or a sales major/certificate is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field is preferred
• Willingness to relocate within the US
• Bilingual skills are a plus

Compensation and Benefits:

$57,000 base salary + $23,000 in commissions (when sales goals are met)
