About the B2B Sales Development Program:

This 4-month paid program is designed to develop your sales skills and prepare you for a successful career at AT&T Business. You will:

Receive instructor-led interactive training: Learn from experienced professionals and gain a deep understanding of AT&T’s products and services.
Engage real customers: Gain practical experience by working with a range of businesses, from small businesses to multinational organizations.
Develop your skillset: Hone your sales techniques, learn how to manage relationships, and master the art of closing deals.
Use advanced technology: Learn how AT&T’s technology solutions solve business problems and enhance customer experiences.
Become a top sales performer: The program provides access to valuable tools and resources to maximize your success.
Explore diverse sales challenges: Gain experience in various aspects of sales, including new business acquisition and managing existing customer relationships.
Prepare for a range of sales roles: The program equips you for a variety of career paths within AT&T Business.
Receive placement in an outside sales role: Upon successful completion of the program, you will be placed in a field-based sales position.

Program Details:

Duration: 4 months
Location: Select your preferred market from a list (refer to placement map on AT&T website for available markets).
Compensation: $57,000 base salary + $23,000 in commissions yearly (when sales goals are met).

Requirements:

Passion for sales and technology
Related experience (cold calling, sales major/certificate) preferred
Bachelor’s degree in business preferred
Ability to relocate within the U.S.
Bilingual skills a plus
