About AT&T’s B2B Sales Development Program:
AT&T’s B2B Sales Development Program offers a comprehensive 4-month training program for individuals seeking a career in sales within the technology industry. This paid program combines instructor-led training with real-world experience, providing participants with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in sales roles.

To be eligible for the program, you should have:
• A desire to launch a career in sales
• Related experience with cold calling and/or a sales major/certificate (preferred)
• A Bachelor’s degree, Business-related major preferred
• The ability to relocate within the U.S.
• Bilingual skills (a plus)
Upon successful completion of the program, you will be placed in an outside sales role with a competitive salary of $57,000 base salary + $23,000 in commissions yearly when sales goals are met.
