The B2B Sales Development Program is a paid, 4-month program designed to accelerate your sales career. You’ll receive comprehensive training, practical experience, and access to cutting-edge technology. The program offers:

After successfully completing the program, you’ll be placed in an outside sales role within your chosen geographic market. The program provides opportunities to work in various cities across the US.

Benefits:

Sign-on bonus: $4,500
Relocation bonuses and monthly housing stipends: Available in certain circumstances
Salary and Commission: $57,000 base salary + $23,000 in commissions yearly when sales goals are met.

Who should apply?

Passionate about sales and technology: This program is for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and are excited about the world of telecommunications.
Related experience: Cold calling experience or a sales major/certificate is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree: A Business-related degree is preferred.
Relocation flexibility: You must be willing to relocate within the United States.
