Job Description: B2B Sales Development Program

This is a paid, 4-month program designed to develop and hone your sales skills. As a participant, you will:

Receive Instructor-Led Training: Learn from experienced professionals and engage in interactive training sessions.
Gain Real-World Experience: Engage with real customers, from small businesses to multinational organizations, and learn how to navigate the sales process.
Develop Your Skillset: Master advanced technology, solve business problems, provide excellent customer service, and meet sales goals.
Thrive in a Competitive Environment: The program provides tools and connections to help you become a top sales performer.
Prepare for a Variety of Sales Roles: Gain experience in securing new business, managing existing customers, and preparing for a range of sales roles within AT&T Business.
Placement in an Outside Sales Role: After successfully completing the program, you will be placed in an outside sales role. You can select your preferred geographic market during the application process.

Benefits of Joining the Program:

Sign-On Bonus: $4,500
Relocation Bonuses: Available in certain circumstances.
Monthly Housing Stipend: Available in certain circumstances.
Salary: $57,000 base salary + $23,000 in commissions (when sales goals are met).

Qualifications:

Desire to Launch a Career in Sales: A genuine passion for sales is essential.
Related Experience: Experience with cold calling and/or a sales-related major/certificate is preferred.
Education: A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business-related field.
Relocation: Ability to relocate within the U.S.
Bilingual Skills: A plus.
