Job Description: B2B Sales Development Program

This paid 4-month program offers a chance to launch a career in sales at AT&T. Here’s what you can expect:

To be successful in this program, you should have:

• A strong desire to start a career in sales.
• Related experience with cold calling or a sales-focused degree/certificate (preferred).
• A Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field (preferred).
• The ability to relocate within the United States.
• Bilingual skills (a plus).

Compensation and Benefits:

Base Salary: $57,000 per year.
Commissions: $23,000 per year when sales goals are met.
Sign-on Bonus: $4,500.
Relocation Bonuses: Available in some cases.
Monthly Housing Stipend: Possible in certain circumstances.
