B2B Sales Development Program

This paid 4-month program offers a comprehensive sales training experience, designed to equip participants with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in a sales career at AT&T.

To qualify for this program, candidates should have:

• A desire to launch a career in sales.
• Related experience with cold calling and/or a sales major/certificate (preferred).
• A Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field (preferred).
• The ability to relocate within the U.S.
• Bilingual skills (a plus).

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base salary of $57,000 plus $23,000 in commissions when sales goals are met.
