B2B Sales Development Program

This paid 4-month program is designed to give aspiring sales professionals the training and experience they need to succeed in a B2B sales environment. Participants will:

Receive Instructor-Led Training: Learn the latest sales techniques and strategies.
Engage Real Customers: Gain practical experience working with businesses of all sizes, from small start-ups to multinational corporations.
Develop Advanced Technology Skills: Learn how to use technology to solve business problems and provide excellent customer service.
Prepare for a Variety of Sales Roles: The program will prepare you for a variety of sales roles within AT&T Business, including outside sales positions.

Benefits of the Program

Sign-on Bonus: $4,500 upon joining the program.
Relocation Bonuses & Housing Stipend: Available in certain circumstances.
Competitive Salary: $57,000 base salary + $23,000 in commissions (when sales goals are met).

Geographic Preference: When you apply, you can select your preferred geographic location from a list of available markets. You will be placed in a city within your chosen market.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Passion for Sales: A genuine interest in sales and a desire to build a career in this field.
Experience with Cold Calling: Related experience is preferred but not required.
Sales Major/Certificate: Having a sales-related education is preferred.
Bachelor’s Degree: A business-related bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Relocation Ability: Willingness to relocate within the United States.
Bilingual Skills: A plus, but not required.
