Job Description: B2B Sales Development Program
This paid 4-month program offers a chance to jumpstart your career in sales within AT&T Business. You’ll receive:

Upon successful program completion, you’ll be placed in an outside sales role within AT&T Business. You’ll have the opportunity to select your preferred geographic location from a list of available markets.
Key Requirements:
• Strong passion for sales and technology.
• Related experience with cold calling and/or a sales major/certificate is preferred.
• A bachelor’s degree, ideally in a business-related field, is preferred.
• Willingness to relocate within the US.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
Compensation and Benefits:
• Salary: $57,000 base salary + $23,000 in commissions yearly when sales goals are met.
• Sign-on Bonus: $4,500.
• Relocation Bonuses: May be available in certain circumstances.
