## B2B Sales Development Program:

The B2B Sales Development Program at AT&T is a 4-month paid program designed to develop the next generation of sales professionals. It offers participants a unique opportunity to:

Gain Valuable Experience: The program provides instructor-led interactive training and the chance to engage with real customers, from small businesses to multinational organizations.
Develop Sales Skills: Participants will hone their sales skills by working with advanced technology, solving business problems, providing excellent customer service, and meeting sales goals.

Explore a Variety of Challenges: Participants will learn how to secure new business and manage existing business customers, preparing them for a diverse range of sales roles within AT&T Business.

This program is ideal for individuals with a passion for sales and technology who are ready to contribute their skills to an innovative and growing company.

Additional Benefits:

Sign-on Bonus: $4,500
Relocation Bonuses: May be available in certain circumstances.
Monthly Housing Stipend: May be available in certain circumstances.
Base Salary: $57,000 per year
Commissions: $23,000 per year when sales goals are met.
