## B2B Sales Development Program Description:
This is a paid, 4-month program that will provide you with hands-on training and experience in the sales field. You’ll be part of a team at the forefront of innovation, working with advanced technology to solve business problems and provide excellent customer service.
Here are the key details of the program:
• Training: Instructor-led, interactive training and real-world experience engaging with customers from small businesses to multinational organizations.
• Skills Development: You’ll hone your sales skills, learn how to secure new business, manage existing customers, and become a top sales performer.
• Career Path: Successful completion of the program leads to an outside sales role within AT&T Business.
• Geographic Preference: You can select your preferred location from a list of available markets.
• Compensation: $57,000 base salary + $23,000 in commissions (when sales goals are met).

Requirements:
