Job Description: B2B Sales Development Program

This is a paid 4-month program offering a chance to launch a career in sales at AT&T. Here’s what it offers:

Benefits:

Sign-on Bonus: $4,500 total ($2,500 within 60 days, $2,000 upon program completion)
Relocation Bonuses: Possible in certain circumstances
Monthly Housing Stipend: Possible in certain circumstances
Base Salary: $57,000
Commissions: Up to $23,000 annually when sales goals are met

Program Details:

Training: Instructor-led, interactive training, focusing on sales skills and engaging real customers from small businesses to large organizations.
Hands-on Experience: Develop your skills by working with advanced technology, solving business problems, providing excellent customer service, and meeting sales goals.
Career Advancement: Prepare for a variety of sales roles within AT&T Business and receive placement in an outside sales role upon successful program completion.
Geographic Preference: Select your preferred market during the application process and be placed in a city within that region.

Requirements:

Passion for sales and technology
Related experience with cold calling (preferred)
Sales major or certificate (preferred)
Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field (preferred)
Ability to relocate within the U.S.
Bilingual skills (a plus)
