Job Description: B2B Sales Development Program

This is a paid, 4-month program designed to develop your sales skills and prepare you for a successful career in B2B sales at AT&T. Here’s what you can expect:

Instructor-led training: Interactive sessions to teach you the fundamentals of sales, including cold calling, building relationships, and closing deals.
Real-world experience: You’ll get hands-on experience engaging with real customers, from small businesses to large corporations.
Advanced technology: You’ll learn to utilize AT&T’s technology solutions to solve business problems and meet customer needs.
Mentorship and support: You’ll have access to experienced sales professionals who will guide and mentor you throughout the program.

Benefits of the Program:

$4,500 sign-on bonus: $2,500 within 60 days of start date and $2,000 upon program completion.
Relocation bonuses and housing stipends: In certain circumstances.
Competitive salary: $57,000 base salary + $23,000 in commissions (when sales goals are met).

After the Program:

Upon successfully completing the program, you will be placed in an outside sales role within AT&T Business. You will have the opportunity to select your preferred geographic location from a list of available markets.

Related experience with cold calling or sales education preferred
Bachelor’s degree, business-related major preferred
Able to relocate within the US
Bilingual skills a plus
