Job Description: B2B Sales Development Program
This 4-month paid program is designed to help you launch a successful career in sales at AT&T. It’s a fast-paced and competitive environment where you’ll receive world-class training and gain hands-on experience.
Here’s what you can expect:
• Instructor-led interactive training: Develop your sales skills and learn about AT&T’s products and services.
• Real-world experience: Engage with real customers, from small business owners to multinational organizations, and learn to solve their business problems.

• Variety of challenges: Learn to secure new business and manage existing business customers.
• Career progression: Prepare for a variety of sales roles within AT&T Business and be placed in an outside sales role upon successful completion of the program.
Benefits:
• Sign-on bonus: $4,500 (with $2,500 paid within 60 days of starting and $2,000 upon program completion).
• Relocation bonuses and monthly housing stipend: Available in certain circumstances.

Requirements:
• Desire to launch a career in sales.
• Related experience with cold calling and/or sales major/certificate preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field preferred.
