Description:

The B2B Sales Development Program is a paid, four-month program designed to develop future sales professionals. Here’s what you can expect:

After successfully completing the program, you will be placed in an outside sales role within AT&T Business. You’ll have the opportunity to choose your geographic preference from a list of available markets.

This program is for you if you:

• Have a passion for sales and technology.
• Are eager to launch a career in sales.
• Have related experience with cold calling or a sales background (preferred).
• Hold a bachelor’s degree, ideally in a business-related field (preferred).
• Are willing to relocate within the U.S.
• Possess bilingual skills (a plus).

Benefits of joining AT&T:

Competitive Compensation: $57,000 base salary + $23,000 in commissions yearly when sales goals are met.
Sign-on Bonus: $4,500 upon joining the program, with an additional $2,500 within 60 days and $2,000 upon completion.
Relocation Bonuses: Available in certain circumstances.
Monthly Housing Stipend: Available in certain circumstances.
