Job Description: B2B Sales Development Program
This paid 4-month program offers a fast-paced learning experience for aspiring sales professionals. You’ll join a team at the forefront of innovation, receiving:

The program aims to help you:

• Prepare for various sales roles within AT&T Business: This program will prepare you for a variety of sales positions within the company.
Upon successful completion of the program:
• You will be placed in an outside sales role.
• You will have the opportunity to select your preferred geographic location from a list of available markets.
Key Requirements:
• Passion for sales and technology: A strong desire to succeed in a sales career and an interest in technology solutions.
• Related experience: Experience with cold calling or a sales-related major/certificate is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree: A bachelor’s degree in a business-related field is preferred.
• Relocation: Ability to relocate within the United States is required.
• Bilingual skills: Bilingual skills are a plus.
Compensation and Benefits:
• Salary and Commissions: $57,000 base salary + $23,000 in commissions yearly when sales goals are met.
• Sign-on Bonus: $4,500 sign-on bonus, with $2,500 paid within 60 days of start date and $2,000 upon program completion.
• Relocation Bonuses: Potential for relocation bonuses in certain circumstances.
