Job Description: B2B Sales Development Program

This paid 4-month sales development program is designed to equip individuals with the skills and experience needed to succeed in a sales career at AT&T Business. The program offers:

Instructor-led Interactive Training: Develop essential sales skills through comprehensive training sessions.
Real Customer Engagement: Gain practical experience by engaging with real customers, from small business owners to multinational organizations.
Advanced Technology: Work with the latest technology solutions to solve business problems and meet sales goals.
Competitive Environment: The program provides the tools and connections needed to become a top sales performer.
Diverse Challenges: Learn how to secure new business, manage existing customers, and prepare for various sales roles within AT&T Business.

Upon successful completion of the program, participants will be placed in an outside sales role.

Key benefits:

Sign-on bonus: $4,500, including $2,500 within 60 days of starting and $2,000 upon program completion.
Relocation bonuses and monthly housing stipends: May be available depending on circumstances.
Competitive Salary: Base salary of $57,000 + $23,000 in commissions yearly when sales goals are met.

Requirements:

Desire to launch a career in sales: Passionate about sales and technology.
Related experience with cold calling and/or sales major/certificate: Preferred but not required.
Bachelor’s degree, Business-related major: Preferred but not required.
Ability to relocate within the U.S.: Essential for the program.
Bilingual skills: A plus.
