Job Description:
AT&T’s B2B Sales Development Program is a paid, 4-month program designed to provide training and experience to individuals who are interested in a career in sales. The program includes instructor-led interactive training, the ability to engage with real customers, and the opportunity to work with advanced technology.
Responsibilities:
• Engage with customers to identify and meet their business needs
• Develop and execute sales strategies
• Provide excellent customer service
• Meet sales goals
• Work with advanced technology to solve business problems
Qualifications:
• Desire to launch a career in sales
• Related experience with cold calling and/or a sales major/certificate preferred
• Bachelor’s degree, Business-related major preferred
• Able to relocate within the U.S.
• Bilingual skills a plus
