Job Description: B2B Sales Development Program

This is a paid, 4-month program designed to equip individuals with the skills and experience necessary to launch a successful sales career at AT&T. Here’s what the program offers:

This program is ideal for individuals who:

Benefits:

Competitive Salary and Commissions: $57,000 base salary + $23,000 in commissions yearly (when sales goals are met).
Sign-On Bonus: $4,500 total bonus, broken down into $2,500 within 60 days of starting and $2,000 upon program completion.
Relocation Bonuses and Housing Stipends: May be available depending on circumstances.
