B2B Sales Development Program Job Description

This paid 4-month program offers hands-on training and real-world experience in B2B sales. Participants will:

Receive world-class training: Engage in interactive, instructor-led sessions to develop key sales skills.
Connect with real customers: Gain valuable experience interacting with clients from small businesses to multinational organizations.
Utilize advanced technology: Learn to leverage technology to solve business problems and deliver exceptional customer service.
Build a successful sales career: Prepare for a variety of sales roles within AT&T Business, culminating in an outside sales position.

Benefits of the program:

Competitive compensation: $57,000 base salary + $23,000 in commissions yearly (when sales goals are met).
Sign-on bonus: $4,500 (with a $2,500 portion payable within 60 days of start date and $2,000 upon program completion).
Relocation and housing support: Potential bonuses and stipends depending on circumstances.

To be eligible:

Passion for sales and technology: Strong motivation to build a career in sales.
Related experience: Experience with cold calling or a sales-related major/certificate is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree: A Business-related degree is preferred.
Relocation: Ability to relocate within the U.S.
Bilingual skills: A plus.

Upon successful completion of the program, participants will be placed in an outside sales role within AT&T Business. The geographic location can be selected from a list of available markets.
