Job Description:

AT&T’s B2B Sales Development Program offers a unique opportunity for individuals passionate about sales and technology to launch a successful career. This paid, four-month program provides a comprehensive learning experience designed to:

Develop your sales skills: Through instructor-led interactive training and real-world customer engagement.
Expand your sales experience: You’ll work with small business owners to multinational organizations, honing your abilities to solve business problems, provide excellent customer service, and meet sales goals.
Become a top sales performer: The program equips you with tools and connections to excel in the competitive sales environment.
Prepare you for a variety of sales roles: You’ll learn how to secure new business and manage existing clients, preparing you for different sales positions within AT&T Business.

Program Highlights:

Compensation: $57,000 base salary + $23,000 in commissions yearly (when sales goals are met).
Sign-on Bonus: $4,500 (includes $2,500 within 60 days of starting and $2,000 upon program completion).
Relocation Bonuses & Housing Stipend: Available in certain circumstances.
Placement: After successful completion, you’ll be placed in an outside sales role in a city of your geographic preference.

Qualifications:

• Desire to launch a career in sales.
• Related experience with cold calling or a sales major/certificate is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a Business-related field.
• Ability to relocate within the United States.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
