About the B2B Sales Development Program

This is a paid, 4-month program designed to accelerate your sales career. You’ll gain valuable experience and develop your skills through:

Instructor-led training: Interactive learning sessions covering various aspects of sales.
Real-world experience: Engaging directly with customers, from small businesses to large organizations.
Advanced technology: Working with innovative tools to solve business problems and meet sales goals.

The program is designed to prepare you for a variety of sales roles within AT&T Business, including:

Securing new business: Developing your skills in prospecting and acquiring new clients.
Managing existing customers: Building relationships and providing exceptional service to existing accounts.

Upon successful completion, you will be placed in an outside sales role with AT&T Business.

Benefits of the Program:

Sign-on bonus: $4,500 total ($2,500 within 60 days of start date, $2,000 upon completion).
Potential for relocation bonuses and monthly housing stipends.
Competitive salary: $57,000 base salary + $23,000 in commissions when sales goals are met.

Ideal Candidate:

Passion for sales and technology.
Related experience with cold calling or sales major/certificate preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field preferred.
Able to relocate within the U.S.
Bilingual skills a plus.
