Job Description: B2B Sales Development Program

AT&T’s B2B Sales Development Program is a paid, 4-month program designed to develop future sales professionals. Here’s what you can expect:

Immersive Training: You’ll receive instructor-led, interactive training that will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in a sales career.
Real-World Experience: You’ll have the opportunity to engage with real customers, from small business owners to multinational organizations, providing hands-on experience with the sales process.

Variety of Challenges: You’ll learn how to secure new business, manage existing customers, and gain the skills needed for a variety of sales roles within AT&T Business.

Upon successful completion of the program, you will be placed in an outside sales role. You will have the opportunity to choose your preferred geographic location from a list of available markets.

Benefits:

Sign-on Bonus: $4,500
Additional Bonuses: $2,500 within 60 days of start date, $2,000 upon program completion.
Relocation Bonuses: May be available in certain circumstances.
Monthly Housing Stipend: May be available in certain circumstances.
Base Salary: $57,000 per year.
Commissions: Up to $23,000 per year when sales goals are met.

Requirements:

• Desire to launch a career in sales.
• Related experience with cold calling or a sales major/certificate (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree (Business-related major preferred).
• Ability to relocate within the U.S.
• Bilingual skills (a plus).
