## About the B2B Sales Development Program:

This paid, 4-month program is designed to equip individuals with the skills and knowledge necessary for a successful career in B2B sales within AT&T Business. The program offers:

Benefits of Joining the Program:

Attractive compensation: $57,000 base salary + $23,000 in commissions yearly when sales goals are met.
Sign-on bonus: $4,500 bonus, with $2,500 paid within 60 days of starting and $2,000 upon program completion.
