## B2B Sales Development Program:
This program is a paid 4-month development opportunity for aspiring sales professionals. Participants will gain valuable experience and skills through:
• Instructor-led interactive training: Building a strong foundation in sales techniques and industry knowledge.
• Real-world customer engagement: Participating in the sales process with a diverse customer base, from small businesses to large corporations.
• Advanced technology utilization: Solving business challenges and providing excellent customer service with cutting-edge tools.
This program emphasizes developing a competitive edge by providing the tools and resources needed to become a top sales performer. Participants will learn to:
• Secure new business: Building relationships and converting prospects into clients.
• Manage existing customers: Maintaining strong relationships and maximizing customer value.
Upon successful completion, participants will be placed in an outside sales role within AT&T Business, allowing for career growth and advancement within the company.
## Program Benefits:
• Sign-on Bonus: $4,500 (including $2,500 within 60 days of start date and $2,000 upon program completion).
• Relocation Bonuses: Potentially available for qualifying individuals.
• Monthly Housing Stipend: May be offered in certain circumstances.
• Base Salary: $57,000 per year.
• Commissions: Up to $23,000 per year when sales goals are met.
