## B2B Sales Development Program:
This paid 4-month program is designed to equip individuals with the skills and experience necessary to launch a successful sales career at AT&T Business. The program features:
• Instructor-led interactive training: Comprehensive training covering sales techniques, product knowledge, and industry best practices.
• Real-world customer engagement: Participants will get hands-on experience engaging with customers, from small businesses to multinational organizations.
• Advanced technology utilization: Learn to utilize cutting-edge technology to solve business problems and meet sales goals.
• Competitive environment: The program encourages growth and development, providing tools and mentorship to become a top sales performer.
• Variety of challenges: Participants will gain experience in various aspects of sales, from securing new business to managing existing customer relationships.
• Career progression: Upon successful completion, graduates will be placed in an outside sales role within AT&T Business.
Benefits:
• Sign-on bonus: $4,500 total, with $2,500 paid within 60 days and $2,000 upon completion.

Requirements:
• Desire to launch a career in sales
• Related experience with cold calling and/or a sales background preferred
• Bachelor’s degree (business-related preferred)
• Ability to relocate within the U.S.
