• Sign-on bonus: $4,500 (with $2,500 within 60 days and $2,000 upon program completion).
• Relocation bonuses and a monthly housing stipend (in certain circumstances).
• Base salary: $57,000 per year.
• Commissions: $23,000 per year when sales goals are met.
