Job Description:

This is a paid 4-month sales development program designed to launch your career in sales at AT&T. Here’s what you can expect:

Training and Development:

Instructor-led interactive training: Gain valuable sales skills and knowledge.

Perks and Benefits:

Sign-on bonus: $4,500 total ($2,500 within 60 days, $2,000 upon completion)
Relocation bonuses and housing stipends: In certain circumstances.
Base salary: $57,000 per year
Commissions: $23,000 per year when sales goals are met

Qualifications:

• Desire to launch a career in sales
• Related experience with cold calling or sales major/certificate preferred
• Bachelor’s degree, business-related major preferred
• Ability to relocate within the US
• Bilingual skills a plus
