About the Job:
AT&T’s B2B Sales Development Program is a paid 4-month program that provides participants with the skills and experience needed to succeed in a sales career. Participants will receive instructor-led interactive training and will have the opportunity to engage real customers in the sales process. The program will also prepare participants for a variety of sales roles within AT&T Business.
Job Description:
• Provide instructor-led interactive training to participants in the B2B Sales Development Program
• Support participants in engaging real customers in the sales process
• Prepare participants for a variety of sales roles within AT&T Business
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of the sales process
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to travel
