Job Description

AT&T’s B2B Sales Development Program is a paid 4-month program that provides instructor-led interactive training and the opportunity to engage with real customers in the sales process. The program is designed to help you grow your sales skills and knowledge, and prepare you for a successful career in sales at AT&T.

As a B2B Sales Development Program employee, you will:

• Receive a $4,500 sign-on bonus
• Earn a base salary of $57,000 + $23,000 in commissions yearly when sales goals are met
• Be eligible for relocation bonuses and a monthly housing stipend
• Receive comprehensive benefits, including medical/dental/vision coverage, 401(k) plan, paid time off, and more

To be eligible for the B2B Sales Development Program, you must have:

• A desire to launch a career in sales
• Related experience with cold calling and/or a sales major/certificate preferred
• A Bachelor’s degree, business-related major preferred
• The ability to relocate within the U.S.
• Bilingual skills a plus
