Job Description
AT&T’s B2B Sales Development Program is a paid 4-month program that provides participants with the skills and experience necessary to succeed in a sales role within AT&T Business. The program includes instructor-led interactive training, as well as the opportunity to engage with real customers in the sales process. Participants will learn how to solve business problems, provide excellent customer service, and meet sales goals.

Qualifications
• Desire to launch a career in sales
• Related experience with cold calling and/or sales major/certificate preferred
• Bachelor’s degree, Business-related major preferred
• Able to relocate within the U.S.
• Bilingual skills a plus

• $57,000 base salary + $23,000 in commissions yearly
