What You’ll Actually Do
• Growth Strategy: Drive transformative growth in the Away-from-Home business for BCCA FOBO.
• Market Expansion: Build and execute a step-change growth agenda for AFH, focusing on winning more key accounts and expanding independent outlet coverage.
• Sales Performance: Increase sales across both independent and organized Away-from-Home channels.
• Partner Development: Build and actively partner with stakeholders to execute transformation plans and enhance their AFH capabilities.
• Strategic Planning: Own the Annual Plan, 3-Year Plan, and contractual agreements for all Away-from-Home topics.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, serving as an Experienced Professional in commercial roles.
• Experience: 5-8 years in commercial, key account management, or channel development within beverages or FMCG, with proven success working with distributors, bottlers, or franchise systems.
• Skills: Strong commercial acumen with P&L understanding, communication, negotiation, relationship-building, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder management.
• Bonus: Master’s degree preferred, strong preference for experience in Away From Home/foodservice/on-premise channels, and fluency in additional Central European languages.
