Job Description:
Landrum & Brown is seeking a Fall 2025 Aviation Planning Intern to join their team in Cincinnati. The intern will have the opportunity to work on large-scale airport master planning and development projects, contributing to planning studies, conceptual plans, GIS databases, data collection, and report writing.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct planning studies and analyze airport facilities and operations.
• Assist in developing airport facility conceptual plans (AutoCAD).
• Develop GIS databases and mapping for airspace analyses.
• Participate in data collection and surveys.
• Coordinate and write task analysis results and reports.
• Assist in preparing presentations.
• Engage client staff, attend client meetings/presentations, and establish positive relationships.
• Maintain good communication with project team and colleagues.
• Support peers in various task assignments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Requires current 3rd year standing as an undergraduate, or a Graduate student standing, pursuing a degree in Urban Planning, Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering or related discipline
• Familiarity with AutoCAD
• Knowledge of Adobe Suite, GIS, SketchUp, a plus
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
