About VSE Aviation:

VSE Aviation is a global distributor of OEM avionics, engine parts, accessories, and landing gear solutions. They also provide MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) services for engines, components, and related items. Headquartered in South Florida, VSE serves the Commercial, Business/General Aviation, Rotorcraft, and Military aircraft sectors. Their internships offer students learning and growth opportunities in Aerospace, Aviation, Distribution, or MRO.

Job Description:

VSE Aviation offers paid internships (typically May 12, 2025 – August 8, 2025, with some teams offering extended terms). The program aims to provide students with real-world experience in the aviation sector. Interns will contribute to various aspects of the business, with responsibilities including, but not limited to:

• Project Execution: Driving and supporting the execution of assigned projects, from initiation to closure. This includes planning, design, monitoring, and controlling.
• Reporting & Analysis: Setting up reports to analyze business performance, sharing key findings with teams and partners.
• Market Research: Conducting ad-hoc market analyses.
• Presentations: Preparing presentations for executive management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in a relevant field.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills (preferred).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Self-starter capable of independent work while contributing to team goals.
• Proven leadership/participation in campus programs or community service (desired).
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship.

Program Overview:

The internship program introduces students to various aspects of the aviation sector, enhancing both academic and professional development. While credit isn’t required, VSE provides documentation for school credit if needed.
