Builder Clarity is an operations consulting company serving the construction industry. They are *not• a construction company themselves; instead, they focus on helping builders and contractors of all trades streamline their operations to facilitate growth. Due to recent rapid expansion, they are actively seeking to add to their team.
Job Description:
Builder Clarity is looking for a highly adaptable and proactive individual to assist in developing and improving their technological infrastructure. This is a hybrid role (2-3 days a week in the Downtown Durham office, with remote work as needed), ideally suited for someone within commuting distance of the office. New college graduates are encouraged to apply. Compensation is growth-oriented, meaning salary will increase based on demonstrated abilities and increased responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities and Required Skills:
• Automation Development: Building and maintaining automations using platforms like Zapier, N8N, and Make.
• API Integration: Experience with developing and integrating APIs into existing systems.
• AI-Driven Development: Experience with AI-driven software development.
• Database Management: Proficiency in database design and querying.
• BI Tool Expertise: Understanding and utilization of Business Intelligence tools.
• No-Code/Low-Code Proficiency: Experience using and provisioning no-code/low-code tools.
• Data Transformation: Ability to effectively transform data within Excel.
• Instructional Material Creation: Creating instructional videos (using a webcam) and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documentation.
• Project Management: Breaking down large projects into smaller, manageable tasks and accurately tracking progress.
• Software Proficiency: Familiarity with Google Suite or Microsoft Office.
• Client Interaction: Communicating effectively with clients via Zoom or similar platforms.
Helpful (but not required) Skills:
• Understanding of construction operations and workflows.
• Familiarity with Revenue Operations platforms (e.g., Go High Level, Hubspot).
• Knowledge of emerging Large Language Model (LLM) capabilities and features.
• Experience using Micro-controller Programs (MCPs) for software development.
