Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Wage: $14 – $27 per hour. The actual hourly rate will meet or exceed the applicable minimum wage for Silver City, NM.
• Additional Compensation:
  • Performance Incentives: Annual or quarterly performance-based incentives.
  • Premiums: Additional premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may be paid in specific circumstances. These premiums can be based on your schedule, the facility, the season, or the specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if you meet the relevant criteria.
• Employment Type: Part-Time
• Available Shifts: Mid-Shift, Closing
