Job Description:
CohnReznick is seeking Audit Winter Interns for its Miami office for Winter 2026 (January to March). This is a hybrid position, with team members expected to be in the office approximately 3 days a week for in-person collaboration.
• Team Structure: Interns will work closely with a team comprised of other Interns, Associates, Senior Associates, Managers, Senior Managers, and Partners.
• Industries Served: The firm serves clients across a variety of industries, including Consumer & Industrial, Financial Sponsors & Financial Services, Life Sciences & Healthcare, Public Sector, Real Estate, Renewable Energy, Technology & Media, and Private Client Services.
• Responsibilities:
• Becoming familiar with accounting and auditing procedures
• Performing procedures in accordance with firm standards
• Working on all aspects of an audit engagement including cash, bank reconciliations, accounts payable, searching for unrecorded liabilities, maintaining confirmation logs and preparing audit work papers.
• Assisting with audits, reviews, compilations, and accounting services.
• Resolving audit issues by obtaining evidence and making inquiries of clients
• Assisting the team with daily client workflow.
• Qualifications:
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting
• Plan to complete 150 credit hours between May 2026 – September 2027 in order to be CPA licensed
• Minimum 3.0 GPA in both major and overall
• Successful completion of two accounting courses prior to the start of your internship
• Leadership positions in student organizations, extracurricular activities and/or team projects
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Able to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Strong computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Must provide proof of work authorization such as U.S. Citizenship or permanent residency status.
