Audit Winter 2026 Internship – Los Angeles, CA

CohnReznick is offering an exciting career opportunity in their Los Angeles office for a Winter 2026 Audit Intern. This internship will run from January to April 2026.

*This is a hybrid position, requiring an average of 3 days a week in the office.

Engagement Team: Work closely with other Interns, Associates, Senior Associates, Managers, Senior Managers, and Partners.
Industries: Serve a variety of clients across industries, including Consumer & Industrial, Financial Sponsors & Financial Services, Life Sciences & Healthcare, Public Sector, Real Estate, Renewable Energy, Technology & Media, and Private Client Services.
Office: Access to CohnReznick office amenities and collaborative spaces.
Performance Coach: Will provide guidance, feedback, and support.
CR Friend: A familiar face and point of contact within the firm.

Your Role:

As an Audit Winter Intern, you will become familiar with accounting and auditing procedures, performing procedures in accordance with firm standards in an accurate, thorough, and timely manner.

Responsibilities Include:

• Working on all aspects of an audit engagement, including cash, bank reconciliations, accounts payable, searching for unrecorded liabilities, maintaining confirmation logs, and preparing audit work papers.
• Assisting with audits, reviews, compilations, and accounting services.
• Resolving audit issues by obtaining evidence and making inquiries of clients, while assisting the team with daily client workflow.

The Successful Candidate Will Have:

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting.
• Plan to complete 150 credit hours between May 2026 – September 2027 in order to be CPA licensed.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA in both your major and overall.
• Successful completion of two accounting courses prior to the start of your internship.
• Leadership positions in student organizations, extracurricular activities, and/or on team projects.
• Prior work or internship experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• CohnReznick does not offer sponsorship to foreign nationals for Entry Level Roles (new associates and interns). Salary:

In California, the salary for an audit intern is $34 per hour. Salary is one component of the CohnReznick total rewards package, which includes access to best-in-class learning and development platforms.
